- We promise to answer course related emails within 24 hours
Service when delivering HGV & PSV Inspection Courses at your premises
- We promise to supply all training equipment required
- We promise to deliver courses either at your premises or a suitable nearby training room (which will be included in the negotiated price)
- We promise to provide suitable examples of defects for wear and corrosion assessment and for calculating brake performance
- We promise to cover all relevant testing standards
- We promise to discuss prohibition standards and categorisation of defects
- We promise to discuss roadside checks, VOSA targeting, fixed penalties & vehicle immobilisation
- We promise to demonstrate the recommended test routine utilising your equipment
Service when delivering HGV & PSV Inspection Courses when you do not have the designated facilities
- On an inquiry we promise to add names to a waiting list of candidates
- We promise to offer you a place on any course planned within 50 mile radius (or greater if you so request)
- If no suitable courses become available within 6 months we promise to notify you
IMPORTANT NOTE - MVC Scotland Limited require payment of courses 2 weeks in advance
